Behind the scenes: the mic goes on, the dog wanders in.
“Are we rolling?” – “What was the question again?” – laughter

The idea: no narrator. Employees tell the story themselves, all in the same indoor set: a Dehner-green wall, a rattan lounge chair, a teak table with an old seed drawer, and plants growing out of long planter beds, in the style of the Dehner summer 2026 catalogue. Next to every name it says “at Dehner since …”, so the film travels from 1947 to today: tradition to modernity.

10–12 people say their name, one second each. Ordered by start year: longest-serving first, trainee last.
“I’m Maria.” … “And this is Emma, my dog.”

An archive photo of the first seed shop stands on the set, then dissolves to the same spot today.
Dark-green title card.

Quick cuts between many people, medium and close-up. Your statements live here.
“…that I can bring my dog” · “I love my colleagues” · “We all pull together” · “…felt I belonged from day one”
Asked to everyone, so old and young answers can be cut as pairs.

Longest-serving and newest employee answer the same question, back to back or split screen.
“Back then we filled seed packets by hand.” – “Today I check stock on my phone.”

Studio statement, then the real workplace: Degro production, Dehner Agrar in the field, logistics.
“At Degro we make bird-seed balls – millions a year.” · “We advise farmers right in the field.”
091:30Jump cuts, half a second each.
“Family.” “Green.” “Home.” “Future.”

Text card, then a drone flight over a garden centre and Rain am Lech.

Handheld, music only: trainees planting, a store opening, coffee kitchen, summer party.

Group shot; in front, the longest-serving employee and the youngest trainee share an old watering can.
